Terms and Conditions

• Seller reserves the right to end the sale at any time for any reason.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Buyer is responsible to arrange freight/shipping and all importing / exporting requirements along with any custom brokerages and duties. For assistance, click <HERE>
• Full payment is required before any machines can be picked up.
• For Brighton Brokered machines, it is understood by Buyer that Brighton is acting solely to bring Seller and Buyer together and Brighton will not be held liable for any claims or damages as a result of Seller’s descriptions or statements about the condition of the Equipment.  
• Inspections of the Items are recommended and can be set up through Brighton.

If both buyer and seller agree, either the buyers or sellers standard agreement may also be used to govern the transaction and will be documented and retained by Brighton Woodworking Machinery.

Pricing

All prices on this web site are provided as a guideline for negotiation purposes only and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price for any reason including, but not limited to, technical errors or error in pricing information received from our sellers, the Seller shall have the right to refuse or renegotiate any offers placed for items listed at the incorrect price.
