2021 Cefla Prima very lightly used automatic paint spray system #BBM2665

The Prima oscillating spraying machine is equipped with one arm. It is ideal for manufacturers, who are looking for economic savings linked to high flexibility and productivity. It was designed with 3D laser technology and it is compact and built on a solid structure complete with a spraying chamber equipped with glass access doors on each of its extremities.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
MAIN FEATURES
-The machine has a compact design, it is versatile and user friendly

-Overspray exhaust through double downdraft filtration dry filters, placed at conveyor sides and mounted on simple "Pull Out" assemblies for ease of filters replacement
-Easily removable feed conveyor paper spools containing up to 2500m (8200LF) of paper

RECIPROCATING GUN ARM
The newly conceived central arm allows for excellent coating application and lacquer saving,
also resulting in less environmental impact.
The central positioning of the arm makes the replacement of spray guns easy; it can accept up to
4 spray guns of either low high
pressure.
To facilitate maintenance of spray guns, an improved access in "Manual Mode" is provided.
The central axis carries (1x) fixed gun support arm complete with height adjustment selected by
manual set up. Predisposition for four (4x) guns mounts (fluid management; guns & pumps are
not included)
Four (4x) high pressure coating feeding circuits with recirculation and coating filter all with
stainless steel fittings: 3x colors + 1x solvent.
Manual valve color change.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL CABINET
OVERSPRAY SUCTION SYSTEM
Consisting of a double set of dry filters for the separation of lacquer particles from sucked air; an efficient solution to reduce
maintenance costs.
The extremely large filtering surface ensures effective air flows; machine is cleaner and finishing quality is homogeneous.
MACHINE OPERATION
The spraying machine can be controlled by a single operator who carries out both the loading and unloading.
Alternatively, for a greater productivity by two operators working simultaneously on the machine, managing in this way any
workload peaks.
The electronic control unit comes equipped with a PLC and state of the art software assisting in
the machine managing, all is driven by a 5" touch screen.
The main control cabinet is usually positioned at the machine infeed, next to the service side of
the spraying chamber. It comes equipped with extra electrical cable and wiring harness length in
order to facilitate most production floor set up positioning requirement.
Spraying parameters managing is operated by PLC with:
l Working programs set up
l Black/white "touch" display, for diagnostic and control
l Possibility to exchange data via USB memory stick

Included option:
1x Driven infeed / outfeed tiltable roller section; length 1000 mm
