Function
After panels come off a through-feed machines feed track, they are transported via (4) powered take-up belt onto a 90° transfer section and returned back to the Operator.
Specifications:
-- Cross Transfer Section: 7ft x 7ft
-- Return section 25ft long with flat belt for 18 ft and dead rollers for the remaining 7ft. It could be used without the dead rollers if a shorter Return is needed.
-- Variable Feed Speed: 26 - 138 FPM (8 - 42 MPM); approx. total length of 30'; (4) 18" pick up arms, spaced 7", 8" & 14"; takes product from the Edgebander and transports it to Cross Transfer Conveyor section.
